Our services

Growing with Systems provides managed AI services, including strategy, implementation, building and managing AI Employees, integrations, and ongoing optimization. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for your engagement are described in your selected plan or in a separate service agreement, which takes precedence if there is any conflict with these Terms.

Fees and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance at the rates shown on our Pricing page or in your agreement.
• Third-party software, telephony, and AI or token usage may be billed separately depending on your solution.
• Late or failed payments may result in paused or suspended Services.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and timely access to the systems and materials needed to deliver the Services. You are responsible for your own content, accounts, and for ensuring your use of the Services complies with applicable laws.

AI and automation

AI systems can make mistakes and may produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs. While we build, test, and manage your solutions, you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Our Services do not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Intellectual property

The website and its content are owned by Growing with Systems. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide. Rights to the solutions and deliverables we build are granted to you as set out in your agreement.

Third-party tools

Our Services may rely on third-party platforms (for example CRM, scheduling, hosting, and AI providers) that are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, changes, or actions of these third parties.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information private and to use it only as needed to perform under these Terms or your agreement.

Disclaimers

The Services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growing with Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Services as described in your agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including payment, confidentiality, and liability terms) will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
